West Central Florida Criminal Defense Attorney
Ashley Aulls grew up in a family of successful legal professionals. His father is a practicing attorney of over 40 years, one uncle was the head circuit judge for 31 years, and another uncle was elected public defender. With such a strong legal background in his family, Aulls became inspired to become a lawyer in order to help people through the stressful times surrounding legal issues like criminal defense. Ashley Aulls has practiced law since 1996. He is passionate about criminal defense and has been in the field from the start, spending the beginning of his career as an attorney in the public defender’s office. Though it’s not his key focus, Aulls also has many years of taking family law cases. When it comes to criminal defense, understanding the family side of law can be an important skill to have – especially when it comes to matters like domestic violence. Though he accepts cases from all across the criminal defense spectrum, Aulls is particularly passionate about helping first-time offenders, persons charged with misdemeanors, and individuals charged with DUI, drug, and marijuana offenses. Additionally, Aulls can handle cases of asset forfeiture as it relates to your Hernando County criminal case. Ashley Aulls knows that the best kind of criminal defense attorney not only fights hard to win cases, but is considerate of the client as well. He takes the time to educate each client on the charges against them and what is happening with their case as it progresses through the Florida criminal process. Aulls also keeps communication lines open for questions or concerns you may have, providing his cell phone number to every client and accepting and responding to text messages. When not passionately serving individuals charged with criminal offenses like you, Ashley Aulls dedicates his time to Law Week, the Blueberry Festival, and several local softball leagues. He also enjoys golf, travel and family activities.
